Why I am qualified to help you

Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy

I am certified by the British Institute of Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy (BIH) - one of the longest established associations of hypnotherapists/psychotherapists

and NLP Practitioners, committed to the highest standards of ethical practice and professional competence; available for inspection at the consultation. The BIH is a member of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council, also a member of the UK Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations (UKCHO), a national umbrella confederation.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming

I am a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hold certified membership and listing with The Society of NLP (SNLP) set up as a quality control measure by Dr Richard Bandler, the creator of NLP.

I regularly assist on training courses with the UK Braintrain Academy.

Reflexology & Indian Head Massage

Graduating with distinction from Carnegie College, I hold Diplomas in Anatomy & Physiology, Holistic Massage, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage from the International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC). These ITEC qualifications which are recognised worldwide are accredited in the UK by the Office of the Qualifications and Examination Regulator (OFQUAL).

First Aid & Mental Health First Aid

I have completed training in First Aid at Work for the purposes of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and have a valid certificate expiring July 2011.

I also hold the new Scottish Mental Health First Aid qualification.

Continuing Professional Development

Clincial Hypnosis

To develop my skills even further I intend to continue my studies with the prestigiousLondon College of Clinical Hypnosis and Thames Valley University to achieve my masters degree in Clincial Hypnosis.
